Chateau Leoville-Las Cases
One of the oldest Medoc estates is owned by Jean-Hubert Delon, sole owner of the Chateau Pontesac in Mdeoc and Chateau Nenin in Pomerol. The terroir encases a great complexity. It is mainly composed of gravely sand, and gravely clay subsoils. The Gironde river creates a special microclimate that enables very early ripening of the grapes and protects the vines from frost. The restricted water supply and a very low intake of nutrients bring out the best in Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Francs with unique personality. 2018 vintage has received 97-100 points from Wine Spectator and 98-100 points from Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate.
드롱 가문이 소유하고 있는 샤토 레오빌-라스캬즈는 보르도 메독지역에서 가장 오래된 와인너리 중 하나입니다. 자갈과 모래 그리고 점토질로 구성된 이곳의 테루아는 와인의 복합미를 선사합니다. 지롱드 강으로부터 유입되는 따듯한 기후로 인해 포도나무들은 서리피해를 입지 않고 포도들은 다른 지역보다 빨리 익어갑니다. 절제된 배수로 인해 땅속의 영양분을 힘겹게 흡수한 포도나무들은 가장 품질이 좋고 특출난 카베르네 소비뇽과 카베르네 프랑을 생산하는데 큰 역할을 합니다. 2018 빈티지는 와인스펙테이터에서 97-100점을 그리고 로버트 파커의 와인 애드보키트에서 98-100점을 받았습니다.
